Went in, was informed i would be seen,provided my name for assistance. I was informed well after 45 minutes bank will be closing and no one could assist me. Why would you inform a customer they wiil be assisted and then not?I sat there waiting, while if they knew only 2 employees were assiting customers, I should have been informed to make apptoitment for different day.
Had to stop by the nearest TFCU bank and this was by far the friendliest staff I came across. There was a problem I couldn’t figure out on the app and Bryant was being patient and concise with me as I rambled about the issue. Two thumbs up 👍👍!!
Best bank in the island workers are kind and insightful. The employee that works there named Bryant was amazing and kind and guided me through the whole process of banking with teachers federal union. Will recommend to all of my friends and family to go here.
Great customer service at this location every time I go in ! Parking is major issue at this location as whole of patchogue village .
I visited this branch on October 25th and had an experience with a teller that felt unprofessional. She spent time discussing her role as a brand ambassador for another company, which didn't seem relevant to my banking needs. The tone and length of the conversation didn't align with my expectations for a professional interaction.
