Great customer service at this location every time I go in ! Parking is major issue at this location as whole of patchogue village .
I visited this branch on October 25th and had an experience with a teller that felt unprofessional. She spent time discussing her role as a brand ambassador for another company, which didn't seem relevant to my banking needs. The tone and length of the conversation didn't align with my expectations for a professional interaction.

WARNING: TFCU WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR ACOUNT EVEN AS HACKERS ARE WITHDRAWING FROM IT AS YOU BEG THEM TO FREEZE THE ACCOUNT!! One card machine must have had a skimmer inside because I use this particular TFCU debit card ONLY in those 2 places.. Amazon does not require a 3 digit code when you order from them which is a JACKPOT for Skimmers.. All they need from their skimmer is only one side of the card because AMAZON only asks for the CC#, Expiration date and Name!
