A consistently bad experience with the website, app and customer support led me to decide to close my account :(... and they can't even get THAT right: I can't get the money out of my checking account?! I must say Juan Andres the supervisor as he shared with me his enthusiasm to help members with their financial needs helped me with my personal line of credit increase by giving the task to another Financial service rep where she made the process easy and efficient without me going to the bank.
