I love this bank! Have been banking here for years. Always excellent service. I had to take the time to write a very deserving review for the exceptional help I recieved today. One of the tellers, Jenny, went above and beyond for me and solved a lost check issue, saving me $700!!! I really was suprised and it was her diligence that picked up on it. This is professional customer service at its finest! Lifetime customer here!!!
If you are considering going here for a car loan, DONT. we applied in August. They lost the application. Reapplied in November, lost that one and Sat down with a rep in January to once again reapply because they “didn’t have the application” now it’s April and the rate expired from all the applications they lost. Extremely incompetent. Don't waste your time. I’d rather pay a higher rate through the car dealer than deal with this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will not own up to their mistakes. Josephine is fantastic. Helped me sort out and unwind a loan for a car from a shady dealer. Super helpful, patient, professional and courteous through the whole ordeal. Highly recommend this branch.
We had to change up some account information which involved a tremendous amount of work on Member service rep Laura. Not once did she rush us or make us feel uncomfortable but instead constantly kept us informed on the process and even saw there was an error in what we thought was an already open account for my wife and she took care of opening one for her. We spent two hours with Laura and not only have we found our New Rep. at Tfcu but a friend! Thanks Laura, Bill S
