I have to say, even though I've had my disputes, Matt Homan is an excellent service rep and excelled at helping remedy issues I've had with TFCU. He is definitely a pro and probably the only reason I'm sticking with them.
Time and time again, THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I keep giving this branch a chance because it's close to home, but you've lost my cash deposit, made me wait 2 weeks to get it back and now I'm done. Y'all are TERRIBLE
EVERY TIME I HAVE TO TAKE MONEY OUT THE ATM IS OUT OF SERVICE LIYERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME.
