Got an answer to my question.
They make it impossible to just simply call the bank and ask a simple question In addition, after being inside, I give the employees 5 stars, however the DEI advertising everywhere gets 0 stars, and the layout is just horrible, virtual tellers, if you need to sit with a rep. The tables are all bunched together, its not personalized and everyone can hear your private matters
My mom Bonnie went in this morning and met with Aaron. Mom is not the best at keeping track of things and I live in FL so I can’t help much. she said Aaron was amazing and wanted me to rate him 10/10 for customer service and helped her with ALLLL the issues she had now that she’s put her trust together. Thanks Aaron for helping my computer illiterate mother :)
Aaron, Caitlin and Jessie were all fantastic when it came to my refinance. They were able to expedite the process and were very knowledgeable about the process. Also, any time I have been in the branch or drive through, they have expedited my normal transactions. Thank you to this hardworking staff.
