Just got my first mortgage with TFCU. We specifically worked with Linda as our mortgage officer. Linda was EXCELLENT! Linda took the time and explained everything as thorough as possible. In this volatile market her quick responses and consistent follow ups made it all happen. We couldn’t have done this without her. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage or looking to refinance.
As a customer for the last 15 years, it’s a small branch but works very nice, the tellers are all very good, even the new ones get up to speed fast, I recommend this branch, just remember some times of day the wait will be longer, just plan around it and you will be fine.
The complaint that I have is with the automated information line. It either does not connect to provide you with options (check balances, transfer funds from one account to another, etc). Seems to be happening more frequently and it is extremely frustrating. Other than that, staff is professional and helpful. I have never experienced an issue other than the automated system.
Went to this bank where I have an account, was waiting in line for some time along with several people with only one teller window open…when I was approached by the bank manager and asked if I was making a deposit I said no but asked her if they could open another teller because the wait was so long… the manager responded and talked to me like I was a dog or small child and I was told just like in the supermarket I was to wait my turn in line….that’s when I became angered, and told the manager maybe she shouldn’t work in a b... read more
