I would just like to say that the tellers at TFCU in the Rocky Point Branch are amazing... Toni stands out for always going above and beyond for her customers. Polite, Smiles, remembers your name.... Always wishes you a nice day and will answer any questions. She always asks if there is anything else she can help you with and never makes you feel rushed. Tony is efficient, welcoming and a true asset to the TFCU staff.
Opened a new checking account and set up direct deposit. Imagine my surprise when my paycheck was deposited and I was unable to use online bill pay or transfer my money to an external account. I was told these options wouldn't be available for 30 days. Now I have to go the bank, withdraw my money, and deposit to another checking account to pay my bills. Will not be keeping this account.
