this is the first time I've ever been to teachers credit Union and when they say first impressions are very important they are telling the truth. I'm a member of Navy Federal credit Union and of course there is not a branch that is within 200 mi near the city of Indianapolis. they participate in the coop credit union network. over 2 weeks ago, I stopped by one of their ATMs to deposit a check and the atm never gave me a deposit slip. so I had to wait until Monday to go inside the branch to get some sort of affidavit of a deb... read more

I've been doing my dad's banking for nearly 2 years now. Until this virus started I would go in and make payments to one of his accounts. The past 4 months only the drive is open, which there is always a terrible, long wait, even with 2 vehicles in line. The past 4 months, I go to pay, they tell me EVERYTIME that I can't do it because my dads not with me. I tell them AGAIN the whole story and have to ask for a manager.
