I am a new member at TCU. I walked in the doors not knowing if I was going to sign that day, but thanks to Julie Smith I had no hesitation and signed that day. It was immediately evident that she has been working there for quite some time as she was knowledgeable about everything I had inquiries about. Not only that, but she has passion for her job! This was truly an unexpected experience and I am happy to be a new member here at TCU Bittersweet branch. Thanks Julie!
Finally got to make it to the bank before closing (got there 10 min before they close) all the doors were locked and lights off inside. If you post hours on the door BE OPEN THOSE HOURS!
This is a great bank. Very friendly tellers.
