This was my first time to visit this spa along with my mother in law. The massage was good and never complaint the staff who did the massage for us. It was the guy who sit in the front reception who demanded tip from me that was unusual and unpleasant for me. I was mentally decided to give 20$ tip for both of them so total 40$ but unfortunately I only had 20$ in my purse and thought to pay by card the remaining tip. Did a 90 min massage today for 2 people I paid $140 for two people $70 per person then the lady at front desk demanded that I pay $30 tip on top the 140 when I already gave her $20 extra for tip which came out to a total of $170 a tip is something u should give out of kindness everyone works hard yes but they need to add it to their service that besides the price they offer u need to give 20% tip so customers are aware these ppl is a joke be aware will not be returning
Great small location , clean and professional. Lucy is great . Feel very relaxed and stress free after.
Shame. Was great up until someone stole $50 cash. Dishonest and disappointing. I would’ve been a fantastic customer-Was just looking for a local spot—-I’ll just continue to spend $$$ for REAL SPAS-you get what you pay for. Keep the $50-pathetic.
