I asked for shoulder and upper back massage. The older woman assigned to me kept pressing on my lower back, directly on my spine. I asked her to stop because it was very painful. She asked me if the massage was too hard. I asked her to please focus on my upper back. She barely massaged my upper back. My lower spine was swollen for a week. Best foot massage I’ve ever gotten! They start with a 10-15 min back massage then when they get to your feet they put headphones on you with calming music along with a heating pad for your neck. So relaxing and such a great price (40$ for an hour). I saw other comments about tipping (I feel any hr massage should be minimum 20$ they work their butts off)

Extremely rude woman on the phone calling me 5 minutes before my appointment, demanding me where I was. Then continued to be rude as I asked what the differences were with the massages. Paid for two of the same massages and got two different things. Extremely rushed and unprofessional. Masseurs were polite and did a great job though. 5/10/2025.

Best massage i've ever received. This reminds me of how foot heaven in East Meadow was like before the new ownership took over. They massage your back, neck and shoulders for at least 15 minutes before they touch your feet. They give you headphones to be completely immersed with the zen music. They take appts or walk ins. I would highly recommend this foot massage parlor for anyone looking to unwind. Superb facility.
