Suprising Comfort in the middle of downtown This place is amazing. The staff are very helpful and sweet, the facilites are spotless and charming, and the services provided are relaxing, rejuvinating and magical. My experience there was wonderful, I loved our little room with a view of the garden and drinking tea with my sweetie in the spa....ahhh. This place is worth every single penny.
Sadly, never again. We've gone to this spa many times - good experiences until now. Lesson learned: If you make a reservation in advance, call again to make sure they got it right. Called to reserve a room for two on a late Friday night. Hour tub, half hour massages. As a gift. Easy, done. Got a call on Friday night that there was no record of the reservation. Receptionists are dumbstruck, can't find names or numbers anywhere, apologizing, lost. So, the girls went somewhere close by (Kiva; they loved it). Naturally I asked t... read more
Tranquil... The Tea House is very quiet, and relaxing with beautiful garden views, warm water, and absolutely fabulous massages. VERY reasonably priced; especially their couples special, one hour of massage and one hour in the spa for $140; can't beat that! Highly recommended.
