Absolutely fantastic service from Jas. We broke down at Nerong on the Pacific Highway, with our dog and cat, and were stuck there for 4 hours. NRMA had to call us a tow truck, the tow truck driver took us to Tea Gardens and got us in touch with Tea Gardens Hire Cars, and Jas did the most fantastic job. She got us a pet friendly car and brought it to the mechanic at Tea Gardens for us, and inside she had to bottles of cold water waiting for us, plus a beautifully air conditioned car that our pets particularly appreciated.
