Great service with no issues at all. Would definitely hire more bikes from them in the future
Really disappointed with this crowd. I had a 3 day hire all agreed with one of the staff exactly as advertised on their site with no special terms and the director, Nan, killed the deal which is straight out in breach of the NZ consumer guarantees act but they didn't seem to care and some how I ended up being the bad guy. Overall they seemed like quite a stressy, incoherent team with a defensive disposition.
