Te Hopai was able to find a space at hospital level palliative care for our 93 year old mum's last 8 weeks. She came from out of town to be with family and they did everything they could to transition her with minimal stress. We were kept in touch with any changes and their care and concern was outstanding and they all treated her with respect and dignity in life and when she passed. I cannot rate them highly enough and as a family we are eternally grateful.
I worked there ,had such a terrible experience with a girl called Angela Davies, absolutely terrible,the worst bully I ever met.she went onto to study nursing,she couldn't look after an ant. I hope the nursing board didn't allow such a person to pass her exams,it would be terrible i also worked with a girl called Erin o Brien, absolutely shocking that this behaviour was allowed, however it was by the manager,Jan. Disgraceful and disgusting.
