We flew all the way from the Bahamas to check this place out and see if we could do business with them, and honestly, we’re really glad we came! Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Our sales representative, Carolayn, took the time to show us around, explain the products, and answer all our questions. Never again. I bought a pallet worth of products that I was told and confirmed multiple times by the salesperson that the products were not used or returned but overstock and shelf pulls. The first 5 to 6 items that I pulled were used returns. Then I called to speak to a manager but it took over 2 weeks to finally get a hold of someone. Not only did they not reach out to me I had to call multiple times and ask for the manager. And when I finally did get a hold of the manager she was rude and had an attitude.
