** EVEN WORSE: the response back was shaming the customer and not owning up to their wrongs. actually insane … so disturbing and unprofessional. Worst place I have ever done business with. I’d give TDW 0 stars if I had the ability too. I bought one bale and it looked decent. Then I went back for two more bales and discovered it was full of items that were essentially garbage. Old bras , panties, socks, dirty shirts, blouses, and kids clothes. Do not waste your time and energy buying a bale because you will in fact lose your money on the sale
