Very great reception on wifi
The customer service is a call center in India. This service is about the equivalent to a string with a tin can on each end. If it rains it stops working. Save yourself and get STAR-LINK. A Pigeon with a note is better than TDS. Not to mention the excessive price for such a low quality service.
TDS service reliability is nothing to boast about but their employee, James Hurd, is. Thanks James for going the extra mile to help my elderly mom and dad with their telephone.
For the last 15 months we get nothing for what we pay for I pay $78 a month and at 7:00 every night my internet speed goes down to 0.20 MB download which makes it completely unusable we can not watch TV with our Smart TV we can't browse the internet we can't do anything at night it's been that way forever TDS promised us 15 months ago that they would have this fixed in just a couple months and we are still waiting over a year later they've done nothing to fix this and my livelihood depends on this and now in the next week I ... read more
