Bottom feeders. This is the company doing nothing with the numbers they control to reduce fraud. And reading other reviews, beware of their auto pay system. Multiple complaints about how customer signed up for the auto pay system only to get penalties for paying late.
Nothing like paying broadband prices for dial up speeds. CANNOT wait for another option.

Just like frontier and any other want to be spectrum go elsewhere had my appt schedule for 3/30/23 drove 2plus hours to make appt as I wasn't moved in yet waited all day just for ME to call and they CANCELED!!! Something about the tech so I rescheduled for first week of April when that time came I was told they are in the process of setting up fiber so it would take longer... tried rescheduling but was told they couldn't till fiber was set up.. so since the previous own had copper with all his stuff still hooked I asked to u... read more
