I would give zero if possible. The worst customer service. I was on hold for an hour and that's not an exaggeration. Both the people I spoke to were difficult to understand because english was not their first language as indicated by their heavy accents. Horrible pricing, but I know other companies are close to the same because we only have one choice for service where I live. If there wasn't a monopoly the prices wouldn't be so high. They nickel and dime you to death now too. The only good thing is the internet is reliable.
