TDS has always been very helpful and prompt with any problems or questions we have had. We recommend them.
This is now month 3 of crappy service and blaming my router when they have had to replace the modem 3 times in 5 months. Been without Internet all day. No one can be here until tomorrow at noon. So now I get to miss a full day of work, I work in IT from home, and I know dang well whoever they send will try to tell me it's my router. Did a bait and switch on me, they did NOT honor the 2 year promotion I was offered, horrible and incompetent customer service, was overcharged and after the manager promised to make it right that never happened, will NOT recommend TDs to anybody, I see other 1 star reviews with the exact same issues I faced, never coming back, yes dear reviewer Spectrum it is for me as well!
