Never answer phone or wait time on phone line 30 to 40 min to get a hold of someone
My worst experience with financial institutions. It takes several visits to fix one problem. They issue duplicate debit cards with exactly the same details and ship them without request. The app doesn't work constantly. I was unable to make any payments, transfer money between accounts, or even check funds online. If you want to call them, the wait time is approximately 30 minutes. I decided to close my account.
Cant never get a hold of anyone been a week of a total of prob 10 hours on hold and still haven't talked to no one
Not any welcome,very bad customer service who was in front table ( dark lady) she didn’t even ask to sit. Who use to work few years back in Research Forrest branch very nice people.then they change the staff slowly. Because of their attitude I’m going to close down my account it’s almost 9 years old. Compare with other banks in the woodlands this is the worse now. That’s why this bank has no many customers.
