The mobile app is horrible and half the time it wont let me log in. Trying to pay my credit card is more complicated than any other bank I have been with. Its 2025 and their online services are stuck in the 2000s.
The only phone number I could find on Google is the 800 number, not the number at the branch. It took me forever after screaming at the robot on the phone to speak to a representative, and then the robot finally transferred me to a representative, and it said it was a 70-minute wait. I want more personal customer service and to be able to speak to a live person from the branch. Never answer phone or wait time on phone line 30 to 40 min to get a hold of someone
My worst experience with financial institutions. It takes several visits to fix one problem. They issue duplicate debit cards with exactly the same details and ship them without request. The app doesn't work constantly. I was unable to make any payments, transfer money between accounts, or even check funds online. If you want to call them, the wait time is approximately 30 minutes. I decided to close my account.
