Chardonna was very helpful and patient throughout the whole experience 10/10 customer service. Loved her energy
Great service! Great employees! Clean establishment! They’re willing to work with you and see how they can put more money in your pocket
Very difficult to get money out of this bank in large amounts. I have tried numerous times only to be told that I was exceeding the amount for withdrawals. This last time a person online personally told me that a transfer for 3500 went to my other bank. Neither bank had a record of this the next day. Even a check takes 10 days to clear (and I'm not sure yet that it will even though I have plenty of money in TDECU).
I had an issue with my log in and I lost my member card but they helped me in less than 4 minutes! Really appreciate the guy working front desk
Chardonnay Campbell of Sugar Land was so amazing and so helpful. I appreciated everything she did for me!
