I had a very outstanding experience with Carolyn who went above and beyond to help me with a personal matter. She helped me and walked me through everything I needed. Her co-workers were also very amazing as Carolyn was. Flor helped me whenever Carolyn was out with all my answers and Chardonnay helped me as well, do to Carolyn being at a different branch, the day I had to go into TDECU. On Saturday, July 18th I went into the TDECU in Sugar Land. I was greeted by Ms. Chardonnay Campbell with an amazing smile and warm greeting. She was very attentive to my concerns and issues. I wanted to let this credit union know that she is awesome and I’m so glad I met her. I am looking forward to working with her in the near future.
