I’ve been a member of TDECU for a couple of years now and I’m happy with the service they provide. Shout out to Katy Flores! She handled my case regarding gap insurance from my previous car I financed through TDECU. She was very professional and made sure to keep me updated with the latest information and updates until my case was settled. Thank you Katy!
If I could put zero stars I would. Worse customer service call center ever . I waited for two days for a representative to come on the line for help with my account, but to no avail. The closest TDECU is an hour away and I'm locked out of account. Warning to others, do not open an account with this credit union go somewhere else this grief and inconvenience is not worth this hassle.
Very difficult to talk to anyone via telephone. Poor service.
