Not a bad credit Union overall but the drive thru ATM at every location doesnt give you your card back until after the transaction is over. I’ve left my card in ATMs more times than I can count and it’s super annoying having to get new cards all the time. Why would you design them like this it’s such a bad design. It should spit the card out and force you to remove it before the transaction is over like literally every other ATM I’ve ever used in my life
Opening basic personal accounts has been an absolute nightmare this past week. Plus, I've never heard of a 380-minute wait time for phone customer service... ever. I don't even know what to do with that. Update: 5 hours and 41 minutes later... they weren't kidding. I closed my accounts.
I just want to thank the wonderful ladies for getting me in and out and helping me so quickly. Highly highly recommend going in and opening a bank account with these wonderful women. Not only are they welcoming very knowledgeable and helpful. The bank is amazing as well. I can’t thank y’all enough!
