poor service from top to bottom. The staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing, and most just say anything to get rid of customers instead of solving problems.
by far one of the worst people to do business with. my card can sometimes get randomly locked for no reason and when you try to call customer support to get it unlocked the reps talk in circles and never seem to know what youre saying. their online banking never works either, i get nothing but error messages on their app. i called their support and the guy cant solve my problem so i say, "ok i guess thats it then." and he then just stays quiet, so i hang up. he then calls me back about 5 minutes later and says, "hi is this m... read more
Every visit that I made to the branch have always left me satisfied.
Poor service across the board, to the inside of the building and let's not talk about over the phone, nobody can get through. High call volume at 7am, when they not even open yet.lol customer service is trash! Wish i didn't have to pick a star....
