They’ve gone downhill.
I’ve used it for years but they’ve started messing with the app every two weeks and booting you out. I use Face ID to get in and out of the app, if I have to start resetting my password and being on hold for hours trying to get back into my account everytime, I’ll be looking for a new bank. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Sad you can’t even get anyone the phone… just goes to an AI answering service that can’t really do what you need done…place has gone down hill
I stopped into this branch for a short visit and the tellers were all too busy standing together gossiping or something. I stood there waiting for about five minutes and still got no help. Don’t waste your time coming here. You are better off going to another bank.
