Been with this Bank for over 7 years and have gotten car loans and personal loan. They can’t seem to stop a merchant from practicing fraud on my checking account. (The bank said this)They said to make it stop, I would have to close my account and open another one. With all my loans and bills on autopay, it would be horrible. I may just look for a whole other bank, if I have to start over. So disappointing
DO NOT BANK WITH TDECU! I had over $1,000+ stolen from my bank at one of their ATM's location and my fraud case was denied due to "my card being used". Though my card was with me, never stolen, they still denied as they can't prove my card was copied, and can't access ATM video cameras. Completely abandoning me and their mission statement of "helping people in their financial journeys". I have gone through so many people wanting help and justice. Worst customer service. Can't speak to a human. Spent 2.5 hours on HOLD with no human ever picking up. TDECU was at one time the est! Now the worst. Time for me to move on.

So far, I’ve had my Buckys credit card for 2 1/2 months and still cannot get my account set up. No one answers the phone at the Texas City location and no one apparently returns peanut messages either. . Very poor customer service. The only way I got help before this was having to drive 20 minutes each way to walk into their location for help. This is not acceptable. The only reason I got this card was for It’s benefits.
