Unbelievably Poor Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this bank. I was quoted a specific time frame for my request, but it took TEN TIMES LONGER than promised. Even worse, after all that unnecessary waiting, they still failed to complete what I needed done. Not only did they waste my time, but they also wasted my gas and my entire lunch break. Very slow sevice
I have been a TDECU customer located at Sienna - Missouri City for over 2 years now and have always enjoyed going to this bank until today. Everything changed after meeting with Crystal, but not in a positive way. I came to the bank to issue 2 cashier's checks, and I had some questions, but she seemed on the verge of losing her temper while assisting me.
