It was great for almost 3 years. Until their malfunctioning "security update" killed online banking. No ability to check balances, conduct transfers, or remote deposit. This was my last clue to take my money to another bank.
Terrible customer service. I would not waste my time banking at this branch. We will be taking our money and our business elsewhere.
