Sara is absolutely amazing. With her expertise I have avoided surgery and am walking without pain or limp for the first time in some years!
Sara has helped me identify my weaknesses and focuses on them to help me get stronger overall. Last year through body work and the workouts she designed for me I am able to run farther and hit the golf ball further
TDAE has helped me correct long standing chronic issues I have had stemming from injuries early in life. Sara and Chaps help me find the time and spend it doing the right things!
