This is the worst TD branch I’ve ever dealt with. They seem incompetent and lazy.
I have had both personal and business accounts with TD for nearly ten years, and I have always been satisfied with the service—except for this recent experience with an employee named Anna. This was a very simple TD-to-TD transfer. I showed her the information directly on my phone, yet she insisted that I write everything down.
