Kyle Huang at the TD West Springs branch is amazing to work with! He has helped me with a variety of my banking needs and always makes things easy to understand. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really cares about getting things done right. He always follows up to make sure everything’s taken care of. Always a great experience working with him!
The service at this location is poor. I was next in line and waited for 20 min without even being addressed at all. It’s not a regular branch and only had two tellers seated behind a desk.
Every single time I come here there atm is not working
These banks have zero accountability. If they make mistakes, we pay. If we make a mistake, we also pay. The bank and the customer service phone service are like two different businesses, as neither one has any idea of their own rules. Absolutely a joke.
