Horrible service, incompetent staff. This is the worst branch I have had to deal with in my 38 years of dealing with the bank (before they even became TD Canada Trust). This branch was not like this 25 years ago when I moved to the neighbourhood. I moved some of my banking slowly to RBC as a result of this.
Very bad experience today with Mamta Talwar. She had extremely unfriendly and arrogant behavior by telling me she has been waiting for me for the past 19 minutes so we will have very short meeting. I had a printed appointment time at 4:15 PM that I showed her but she continued the defensive behavior and told me " my schedule is at 4:00 PM". when I told her that I have received a letter from TD regarding our RESP account she replied that it is not the maturation date and she cannot help me. I had the opportunity of being served by Rishit Grover. I received professional and excellent service. I was really wowed by the service. He went over and above to resolve my request. Keep up the excellent service Rishit.
Not enough tellers. This bank is consistently understaffed.
The staff and agents was so accomodating and helpful and also just want to say thankyou to mamta talwar one of their agent helped me so much about my credit card appreciate it!
