Standing in line for last 30 minutes Branch manager here but wouldn’t come out to help out 1 lady working too slow . Customer before me left since he was in line up 50 min If i could give -5 * i would have
Got approved for a credit card. Had no second PHOTO ID. In Alberta you only get one photo ID. We'll now i can't pick up my own card. What a joke of a bank. Would not suggest this bank to anybody. Wouldn't even open me an account so that one piece of ID would suffice. NO EFFORT
Nice and quick service. Never had to stand in lines.
There are about 6 desks and only one person is there, the queue is constantly crazy and I myself had to wait 20 minutes in the queue, for a wealthy bank, I think them only putting 1 person on the desk is crazy and completely un-emphatic of people’s time making them wait so long.
I really don't understand the many negative reviews for this TD bank location? I've been banking at this location for about 8 years and have had nothing but reasonably great service. From appointments for investing, teller banking, even the recent estates account management after my mother's passing. Very pleasant, friendly and fast service. In fact, I can't think of one negative experience. I've never had to stand in line very long at all. Most times there is no line up or maybe 3 people in line. Other then the older ATM's ... read more
