Got approved for a credit card. Had no second PHOTO ID. In Alberta you only get one photo ID. We'll now i can't pick up my own card. What a joke of a bank. Would not suggest this bank to anybody. Wouldn't even open me an account so that one piece of ID would suffice. NO EFFORT
Nice and quick service. Never had to stand in lines.
There are about 6 desks and only one person is there, the queue is constantly crazy and I myself had to wait 20 minutes in the queue, for a wealthy bank, I think them only putting 1 person on the desk is crazy and completely un-emphatic of people’s time making them wait so long.
I really don't understand the many negative reviews for this TD bank location? I've been banking at this location for about 8 years and have had nothing but reasonably great service. From appointments for investing, teller banking, even the recent estates account management after my mother's passing. Very pleasant, friendly and fast service. Ill have to give a 4 star rating here which is the higheat id rate any bank and also service frim td bank in general. Competitive loan rates, second to none customer service for every service i have used and/ or continue to use.i would not buy any mutual funds through td or any bank due to low onlinent4ading commision through canadian major bank online brokeredges, and the availablity of low cost s&p 500, and tsx index tracking index etfs with their dirt cheap management fees and higher returns on invested capital.
