Every time I go here, it's a disappointing experience, but this time was the worst with Anita Kalra. It was not helpful and lacked financial knowledge despite the displayed CSI course certification.

This branch sucks ass and a half. Their drive thru atm is faulty, God knows why they spent so much money on it to change the card input to sideways now, and since they’re closed on Sundays, well guess what??? YOU CANT USE THEIR INDOOR ATMS EITHER, even though they have the facilities ( a divider) to block it from the rest of the branch. Don’t even get me started on their lines. The TD branch at Brickyard never lets me down, maybe Worthington could take a few tips.
