My husband visited this branch to deposit four cheques. The teller processed all four, but because the total exceeded her limit, she sought managerial approval. During that process, the manager noticed that one cheque was missing a signature and instructed the teller to return it to my husband to have his employer sign it. However, instead of documenting that she returned the unsigned cheque, the teller documented it as a cash withdrawal. Taking so long to deposit a cheque...cmon it's just deposit not cashing...why take forever
One of the worst locations for TD. Can't use the indoor ATM at night when the drive thru ATM is out of order like it is 50% of the time. Response to the branch There is no reason that a bank customer can not access the internal ATM. Reinstall the card reader to access the door. I should not have to drive to another location when I'm shopping in the same plaza as the branch because you are no longer committed to customer satisfaction.
