I opened the account in this bank 2023 but i never used this account but after 3 years they sent a email of 539 amount due , when i visited the bank and they said it is over due fees .i had bad experience about this bank . Why they sent email after 3 year ? . Bank manager said i will give compensation of 150 dollar and rest of the payment you have to pay .

I was at this branch a few months ago, to withdraw some RESP's. I met with Raymond. I withdrew the funds to pay for a course my daughter wanted to take and was advised by Raymond, to contact him to withdraw the rest once she's registered for college. I've emailed him 3 times and left 2 messages and he hasn't responded. Again, he told me to simply email him and he's ignored each one.
One of the worst locations for TD. Can't use the indoor ATM at night when the drive thru ATM is out of order like it is 50% of the time. Response to the branch There is no reason that a bank customer can not access the internal ATM. Reinstall the card reader to access the door. I should not have to drive to another location when I'm shopping in the same plaza as the branch because you are no longer committed to customer satisfaction.
