Waited in line just to get a new bank card. and once it was my turn, I was told to go to the receptionist. I have been waiting and waiting. I approached a bank staff who was walking by to ask for assistance. He referred me back to the same line to go back to the teller. Mind you the teller has told me to go to the receptionist. The receptionist is busy with a client and I’m just sitting here. Nobody seems to want to help.
Excellent experience at the TD branch on Worthington Road in Brampton. From the moment I walked in, Brandon assisted me and he was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was in the middle of closing on a condo and needed a bank draft, and both Brandon and his manager knew exactly what needed to be done. They went above and beyond by sending the funds directly to my lawyer, which saved me the hassle of driving it over myself.
