We are going to bank 3:00 pm we spent 45 minutes in line with our kids when our turn comes they ask about some documents. My wife exit the bank and call me. Then again in just 5 minutes she enter the bank Manager on door don't allow in bank due to bank closed. She request its urgent work we wait in line 45 minutes Its for me with kids not easy to come again. But they don't allowed worst experience
I wonder why the reviews 2.2?
It feels like we r in India no one wanted to help and tell you go there, go there and in last we r closed soorry we can not help you ,seriously wasted my 3 hours and now need to wait for Monday .Just need new debit card can you believe it this took them 3 hours still got 0 result .Seriously worst day of my life
Today I came in to this branch to do my regular banking and was amazed by the level of service that I was provided with. Christine helped me and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed done. When we were finished I had the manager of customer service Sandra introduce herself and asked me how my experience had been. Her personality and care wowed me. Overall amazing experience at this branch! Will definitely be back and recommend to others as well!
This is the worst TD branch by far. No care about their customers whatsoever. Just shut it down.
