Jessi helped me out with opening my account and always assisted me with all my banking problems.
I had a great experience visiting this branch, Mary the branch manager was excellent and made my visit very smooth. My only concern is that the teller who assisted me could benefit from some hygiene improvements, as there was a noticeable odor during our interaction.
They have so much internal miscommunication and they will always blame the back office. I suggest you do not leave the bank and thr tailor window until your problem is resolved. If yoh be reapectful and open talking to other person, they will simply blame it on the last person.
I visit today to the bank. Usually we have to wait long in the line but today is my day I meet with Mykala she is so nice nd give me appropriate information about my bank. These stars only for her.
