Worst experience with Surinder They don’t know how to deal with customer Should learn customer service first and I think in this brunch everyone just spend hours………. always give half knowledge then say we don’t know then say you have to call from TD app to advisor then what you guys do here .
The wait times at this branch are ridiculous. Even for a simple transaction, you have to stand in line for ages because they never seem to have enough staff. Very poor customer service.
On last Friday – I arrived at your bank branch a few minutes before 9:00 AM. As per your official banking hours, services are supposed to begin at 9:00 AM. However, despite being present on time, I did not receive any service until 9:04 AM. When I showed the time on my mobile phone and inquired about the delay, one of your employees responded in a rude, dismissive, and irresponsible manner, stating, “One of our colleagues hasn’t arrived yet.” I was shocked, deeply offended, and insulted by this conduct.
