I visited the TD branch at Silverberry was assisted by Ms Parul Gupta. From start to finish, she were courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She answered all my questions clearly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. This is the kind of service that builds trust. Parul made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend her for best Investment advice! Been banking at this location for over 8 years. Ishan is a Lifesaver at TD Silverberry! Ishan, the manager is consistently approachable and an expert. I recently had a complicated transaction requiring extra verification, and he handled it efficiently. More importantly, he took the time to give me excellent guidance on how to avoid future delays. His proactive expertise is invaluable. Highly recommend!
