Manager should be fired, stop being CHEAP and Hire More Staff!!! An hour to get a draft is NOT ACCEPTABLE! What are we paying for as customers!
Will this branch ever have more than two tellers working at one time? The branch tellers are awesome and kind, but the wait time is outrageous. I walk in and i’m waiting behind 7 people and have to wait an hour to be seen? have at least 3 people working during peak?
Service was slow and unprofessional. Asked a loan balance/statement. The lady try to book me an appointment for that (available after three days) or try other locations. Then I asked to talk to the manager. He was also not helpful. Then they made a call to someone else all of sudden they were able to print out what I asked for after 30mins. To whom ever visiting this branch. You need to stand your ground otherwise they are going to push you away to other branches. Sad to see.
TD bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with, and they really deserve no star at all.
