Alyssa is a terrible teller. I work at a law firm and came to payout a clients TD visa account (3rd party) with our trust cheque payable to the Toronto dominion bank with our deposit letter along with the clients statement and after 40 mins waiting in line she wouldn’t accept it. She said because the cheque is on a Scotia bank cheque (who our trust account is with) they can’t accept it. I’ve never encountered this before at any other TD. Update Feb 2025: Tried to access services at this bank again. STILL A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. Their system can’t even keep track of the funds they have in their vault. Wasted over an hour of my time to pure and utter incompetence. Don’t waste your time coming to this TD bank. It’s rife with incompetence, even when you call ahead to make sure they have what you need. You will get there and they will turn you away. So just save yourself time
How do you only have two tills open at 12 on a weekday? There is 9 people in line and one lady isn't even helping people.
