Always understaffed. Also needed to take out 3000$ cash and almost couldn't get it because they don't carry much cash?!?
I went to this branch for my mortgage full amount of remaining balance today but Ladies working g there had no clue. Even though I explained to them that, I received a phone call from TD if I want to renew my mortgage or not which I said I want to pay off all and they told me on the phone goto nearest TD branch and pay the full amount before January 1st. They refused to receive my payment first and I explained 3 more times and they finally accepted my payment by personal cheque. I would never recommend this branch or TD bank... read more
Terrible customer service. I am waiting for an advisor since last 35min here in the td band parsons road branch. Representative told me to wait for the advisor but after 35 min long wait still no one is here to assist me or even to tell me whether I should wait more or when I can see the advisor, very disappointing.
Spencer was very helpful and polite. Went an extra mile to resolve my concern.
