More than 10 years of relation. But the day things go litle down . VERY FIRST ONES to pull back all cheques stop clearing. no point of explaining or whatever. They got very generic sorry and same lines which every person repeats. IF are new to business or anything WORST SUPPORT EVER. Will have to leave not by choice but by force .
After waiting over 10 minutes with only one teller open out of seven wickets, the customer reached the counter only to be sent on a wild goose chase. No service was provided, no ID was checked, yet there was a barrage of questions about account transactions and which bank was able to provide the very same service being requested. The interaction put the cart before the horse, ending with the branch saying it did not have the small amount of cash requested.
