I met with a TD advisor, Sara T. on July 28th to open a line of credit for the purpose of paying off a debt. I signed the approval agreement on August 5th. After 2 days, I reached out to the advisor because the LOC had not appeared in my banking profile. I did not receive an email response so called her direct number where the message stated that she would be away for two weeks. Worst service! I went today because I had an appointment at this branch, but I thought I would be able to discuss my problem in a private room, but instead I was just passed on to the teller! I didn't get to talk to the person assigned to me because they said she was still taking care of something! What's the point of a booked appointment if it's not going to be taken care of? I wish I had just walked in then.
I had a great experience at my local TD branch today. Rahi was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. She made everything smooth and easy — thank you, Rahi!
I come quite a bit to deposit. No matter the time of day there is always a lineup with 1-2 cashiers working. Is just so frustrating
