Was treated like a trash by a young asian guy, he denied me depositing cash into a business account knowing that I did it several times in other TD branches. He told me policy changed recently. BS!!!

Never in my life have I seen customer service as horrendous as this. I've had to deal with American td banks and still they were more helpful. Got there at 11 and Was there for 40 mins just for a new card, proceeded to get my account locked down after I tried to set my new password, called 2 different numbers and was put on hold for 50 mins. By the time I got another ride to the bank the wait time was 2 hours in 30 degree heat. I asked to talk to a manager as im disabled and can't tolerate heat of any kind and had an appoint... read more
The front door is locked after hours can't use the ATM worst bank in the city to everytime I go here I need to wait 30 minutes + and there is only one person working the other lady is having a conversation with her coworker.
