One of the bank attendants was supposed to help my husband cancel his debit card and instead she cancelled mine. Calls me to let me know, and I ask her to mail me the new card since I don’t have time to stop at a bank to fix her mistake. So she calls me back later and leaves a message saying the same thing but tells me that if I want my card mailed I would have to call her back! I chose TD for many reasons when made the decision to start my search for a home. Sadly this was a mistake. My 1st appointment with a mortgage specialist, she was late to our appointment. They were In a meeting, but could see me waiting for the additional 20 mins they continued the meeting. She asked for additional documents which I provided. I had to email her several times for updates. Each taking several days for her to respond. And only when I asked for communication again and again did I get a response.
