Well I'm not liking that the bank machine outside easily gotta keep your head looking around to keep your every thing safe
Today it was very poor service. The service agent saw me standing in the line and totally ignored me .I was standing for 5 minutes. And she was free.
Met a terrible teller and his supervisor today, they don’t know their banking regulations and they come up with ‘bank policies’ on the spot to justify why they can’t help you. They have no regards to people who bank with them, making a very routine transaction very difficult to do. I went to a second branch immediately and it took me less than 5 minutes to get my transaction done, no hassle, no calling the supervisor and no time wasted.
Customer service is non existing. All these bankers walking around and only 1 serving customers. Lineup of 4 customers for last 15 minutes!
