this bank was not helpful at all. we were in a small dilemma n they kept us there just to turn us down after they said on the phone to come down n they would gladly help completely disappointet used to be the be the best branch with knowledgeable people all what they do now wasting people's time the turn over of management people has been horrendous need more seasoning to deal with people🥺
I went there today. The front line staff is amazing. Jason helped me. And the Customer Experience Manager came over to talk to me and she was genuinely curious and caring.her name started with S.( sorry I can't remember). I see a lot of negative comments here. All I want to say is, bank staff is doing their job. They aren't trying to make your life hard. If they can't help right away and if they have to follow a procedure, that's part of their job.
They really don't know anything I had a car loan I went to pay it I paid my debt they gave me a receipt they said we paid off your debt 1 day later they called from the other bank they said you have a debt of 59 thousand dollars I went to them again they gave me a check for 59 thousand dollars they said go to the other bank and pay off your debt I went and gave them the check and my debt is still showing in TD bank it is really annoying I will take them to court the employees there don't know anything they do all the transac... read more
Staffs has improved a lot, the way they greet and welcome clients . Newer staffs definitely add awesomeness.
