i don't go to the tellers very often unless i have to, and the few times i lined up to speak to one of them i have nothing but good things to say. sometimes the line can be atleast 10-15 minutes long and i get to people watch, and have noticed how professional and respectful they all are. kudos! i have read alot of negative reviews about this bank but i have yet to experience any of that. thank you guys, keep up the good work. i appreciate it!
Most useless Td branch ever. All of them are completely useless when fixing problems with your td account. Was told BY THE BRANCH to call online to unlock my card and now they are saying I have to go back to the branch, call the number and let them talk to the people at the front? Most funny shit I’ve ever seen making me run back and forth. try your luck at another td branch
I closed all my TD accounts over five years ago. They were frustrating to deal with and so I left. A few months ago, they sent me a notice saying they’ve changed their terms of services and fees. At that time, I called them to confirm that I did not have any products or services with TD Bank and they confirmed that. Last week they sent me a statement for the $39 fee for an annual credit card renewal. One that I did not apply for. I phoned the TD call center and a lady helped me close the account.
