I recently visited the bank to open an account, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Han. Han was incredibly kind and provided clear, thorough explanations throughout the process. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and the attention to detail
Nice representatives but management needs to come up with a better plan to deal with the extremely long wait times. Every time you go there, expect a minimum of 30 minutes line up.
