I don't understand why people whose hospitality is worse beccme managers. Also,some employees don't have knowledge, so I had to wait in a line again.
They don't know anything I'm asking about. I've been talking with one clerk, then they swapped (common trick) and ohhhh suddenly they couldn't help me with anything. The first one told me we can try opening an account and it will take 30 min, the second one told me I have to book an appointment. All that while we were talking at the branch.
I’ve been banking at this TD branch for almost three decades now, ever since I was a kid, and it has always felt like such a welcoming, reliable place thanks to the incredible team of personal banking associates. i don't go to the tellers very often unless i have to, and the few times i lined up to speak to one of them i have nothing but good things to say. sometimes the line can be atleast 10-15 minutes long and i get to people watch, and have noticed how professional and respectful they all are. kudos! i have read alot of negative reviews about this bank but i have yet to experience any of that. thank you guys, keep up the good work. i appreciate it!
