I appreciate having an ATM on the outside, but it’s usually out of service. What's the point of having it if it’s often unusable?
A female associate made me a business appointment last week for a phone call this morning regarding setting up a new account. Once on the phone call, I was told that there is missing information on my profile that I need to go into the bank and complete in-person (Which I have already come into the bank to do, months ago, and told it was completed).
