The staff are always friendly. (Specially Abhi) However, since it’s Monday morning, having only two front desk staff seems like this branch isn’t properly taking care of the customers who come in. The customers waiting in line had to wait much longer than expected.
Horrible customer service..
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this TD Bank branch on Currents Drive on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. I came in to make a mortgage payment that was in arrears of just $13, but Instead, I was met with complete incompetence from the branch manager, who flat out refused to process the payment because he didn't know how to use the computer system for that particular process.
