This is the worst TD branch ever. My credit card was delivered by TD Canada Trust to this branch. I received my card with opened envelope. No one should have opened my package as it was addressed to my name. I needed to cancel my credit card as per TD as the package was compromised. Highly disappointed!
As it is with many banks now, there seems to be a turnover or transfer of employees to other branches as I fail to see any familiar faces over the past few years at this branch. Each time I go to this bank there has been a maximum of 2 tellers serving customers. Today I went in to see about getting pesos for a Mexico trip. I was told they had none. We came in today to open up a US account and the man working refused to help us by lying, giving vague answers and behaving very strangely. He said we could only open it up at the downtown branch and that there wouldn’t even be anyone available at the downtown location today to help us. We left and went to the TD branch in Chappelle and they kindly helped us. It took five minutes. Avoid this location. Useless staff who show clear bias towards certain customers and refuse to perform basic tasks which we pay for.
