I want to give a staff working in this branch "Zero" but the direct investing team saved one star since they corrected the error at least. The branch staff opened my account for direct investment. There was an error on the paper he prepped so I questioned him but he insisted that I was wrong, and as a result of that, my financial product was sold off without my permission.
