Consistently have unreasonably long wait times. Even with a few people in a line up, there is always only one staff working at the counter. Will even see numerous staff walking around or at a computer or literally walking through the line trying to upsell credits to customers… please increase your staffing! If there is a complex transaction taking a long time you need to pull other staff in. It’s totally ridiculous to wait upwards of 45 min to an hour or MORE in a line of only a few people.
Rude and absolutely not helpful at this branch.
I booked an appointment with Suelamit, and she was amazing! I can't recommend her enough, since she was so sweet, helpful and made the process easy.
I don’t know why anyone banks with TD. Switching banks and now they won’t give me my money. Had to take four days off work.
Horrible banking experience. The only reason to come here is if you have absolutely no choice and need the ATM. The customer service is awful, the employees are rude, dismissive, and act like helping customers is an inconvenience. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, especially with staff talking about people behind their backs. Completely unprofessional from start to finish.
