I booked an appointment with Suelamit, and she was amazing! I can't recommend her enough, since she was so sweet, helpful and made the process easy.
I don’t know why anyone banks with TD. Switching banks and now they won’t give me my money. Had to take four days off work.
Horrible banking experience. The only reason to come here is if you have absolutely no choice and need the ATM. The customer service is awful, the employees are rude, dismissive, and act like helping customers is an inconvenience. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, especially with staff talking about people behind their backs. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Got there right before closing after work to get us currency for my trip and they wouldn’t let me in do not recommend coming here at all
