The experience today was very professional from Haipei the mortgage specialist. Clear and precise information.
Tellers super nice but they have this older male manager I believe he is the manager and is so rude definitely needs to be replaced or taught how to speak to people.
Employees including the managers are incompetent and can’t give proper information. Done with TD as of today. I suggest scotiabank or BMO
