Just terrible, called in the morning 11am was told it was too busy to take my call, she said she’ll call back later, end up calling them back around 3pm. requested some paperwork. Waited for a week called in and it was already there no phone call. Called in 1hr before because I was running a little late, was hoping they could get my paperwork that I needed and left work a little earlier.
