This is definitely one of the worst banking experiences I have ever encountered. The level of disorganization, indifference, and inefficiency here is truly astonishing. The staff seem to deliberately complicate simple matters, responding mechanically, lacking flexibility, and showing no goodwill to assist customers. Went to pick up my credit card,they ask a lot of questions,at end they need my passport for pick up.I ask them why you don't tell me I need 2 picture Id for pick up ,I had other credit card and other picture iD ,but it has to been passport ( who will carry their passport around everyday)
