Extremely disappointed with the service provided by teller Lewis Putrus. I came in to update my business account phone number. Despite being the founder and CEO of the company, Putrus insisted I could not do this without our co-signer present. I had to drag my co-signer back to the bank later that evening, only for a different teller to inform us that this was completely unnecessary and the update could have been done during my first visit.
