Terrible customer service. Apparently they need to charge for you to get a copy of your bank statement… when other branches don’t do that. Absolutely appalling especially when they just saw I was dealing with a fraud alert as well. The manager or supervisor, was very condescending and refused to be of any assistance. She essentially wanted me to pay or figure it out myself online. Went to another branch and had no issues, they helped me and guess what, had phenomenal service!
My car was broken into and all of my identification and debit and credit cards got stolen and when I called td online they were very helpful and when I talked with the front clerk at this branch he was very nice and trying to do everything he can to help me, all I needed was a debit card so I can get food and gas and go get my license replaced. I had a great experience at TD Bank thanks to Gurminder. He was professional, friendly, and efficient while assisting me with my transaction. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s always nice to receive great customer service, and Gurminder definitely delivered.
