I waited in line for 25 minutes, which didn’t even bother me. I understand it was a busy time to go in, but there was one guy who was with a teller the second I walked in, and he was with that same teller when I walked out if you’re spending over a half hour with a teller at that point, you should have to make an appointment because this person was holding up the entire line. It’s inconsiderate and the staff should facilitate that better
I have had consistently terrible service from TD since I opened an account there about 1 1/2 months ago but my most recent experience speaks volumes about the way TD views their customers. I called into activate a bill payment account over the phone and I was surprised to find that after I input my bank account info and then selected ‘bill payment’ that there was no option to ‘add a new bill’ and that I would have to speak to one of their customer service ‘specialists’. The waiting times are atrocious. Over 30 minutes to see the bank teller.... wow
I’ve dealt with 2 individuals as I’ve been applying for credit. I had a pleasant experience dealing with Niki as she was very professional, personable and easy to chat with and well informed about applying for credit. The second, I won’t mention by name, was the opposite unfortunately. Due to this I’ll be seeking advice from another TD bank.
