I’m sorry to say but this branch is slowest I’ve ever been too, and this manager PARAM, is so rude, swung paper and asked teller for some other manager to help me . She needs some serious customer service lessons.

What a joke of a financial institution! I’m a senior citizen and I presented a document at the Newcastle branch to prove that I am receiving GIS and because of that I then receive no fee banking. The teller made a copy of this document so that the service fee I had been paying would stop. I brought this document in on May 6th. Well I checked my account balance today and what do I find but i was charged the service fee.
