What a joke of a financial institution! I’m a senior citizen and I presented a document at the Newcastle branch to prove that I am receiving GIS and because of that I then receive no fee banking. The teller made a copy of this document so that the service fee I had been paying would stop. I brought this document in on May 6th. Well I checked my account balance today and what do I find but i was charged the service fee. Very Disappointed , Worst Customer Service I had a terrible experience with the customer service. I will never go back. The staff and management team from a few months ago were much better , more professional, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, the current team falls far short of that standard.

I waited in line for 25 minutes, which didn’t even bother me. I understand it was a busy time to go in, but there was one guy who was with a teller the second I walked in, and he was with that same teller when I walked out if you’re spending over a half hour with a teller at that point, you should have to make an appointment because this person was holding up the entire line. It’s inconsiderate and the staff should facilitate that better
