The waiting times are atrocious. Over 30 minutes to see the bank teller.... wow
I’ve dealt with 2 individuals as I’ve been applying for credit. I had a pleasant experience dealing with Niki as she was very professional, personable and easy to chat with and well informed about applying for credit. The second, I won’t mention by name, was the opposite unfortunately. Due to this I’ll be seeking advice from another TD bank.
i was very satisfied with the effort that Jennifer did for me definitely went the xtra mile that a lot of other managers wouldn't off. very appreciated every one i dealt with in the branch was very helpful
Horrible bank, normally td is okay but the manager in this bank has nothing but lies, couldn't tell the truth once everything he said would happen did NOT. Will very likely be switching banks, done with the nonsense with TD not giving two cents about its customers.
