Sanjiv Rana is the best financial advisor we’ve come across. He’s patient and informative. He does what’s best for us. He answers calls and emails. Very communicative and prompt ! I cannot say enough kind things about this man. He has made our life easy when it was so stressful dealing with other Td Advisors. He sat down and said “don’t worry I’ll deal with it” and immediately you knew he was capable and you are definitely in good hands. We don’t want to deal with anyone else.
This Bank is extremely unprofessional, incompetent and covert and overt racist.. I didn't choose my color just like you didn't. My interaction with a couple of the associates there was nothing short of a waste of time and I laughed to myself with how they thought I didn't notice.
HR needs to look into this branch. I live 5 min away from this location but I take the time to drive 15 -20 min to other TD branch because the service I get when I’m in this branch is just disappointing. Last time I was at the seton branch I had a simple request and this unprofessional man- Anuj Rama was dismissive, unprofessional and judgmental. I left the branch quite upset. I would highly recommend to not go to this branch for a mortgage application. The advisor had extremely poor communication skills, provided no guidance through out the process, and overall I had zero confidence the application was even correct with all of the mistakes I picked up from him. Someone who doesn’t have enough experience working at that position. I will never come back to this bank for a mortgage application or any other banking items.
Terrible customer service, staff have zero knowledge of their job. I’ve had several bad experiences here but the most recent being a representative hanging up on me because I insisted a credit card I had been waiting on was confirmed to be there via tracking. The girl insisted it’s “not in the folder, you can call back another time”. This was the 3rd time I called after TD credit card had confirmed with tracking it had been delivered to their branch over a week prior.
