TD offered me a very low interest rate so I wanted to move my investment elsewhere. The bank I was moving it to made several requests to have it transferred. Our attempts to get some movement on this was nothing short of a GONG SHOW. The receiving bank got no replies, no reports of any errors on the paperwork, no feedback, NOTHING. I can't speak to TD as a whole, but this specific branch in Seton presents as incompetent and untrustworthy. I have been helping my son navigate the banking system as he renews his TD mortgage. It's understandable when an error is made. Even two errors back to back can be chocked up to new employees or busy work loads. But when the errors pass the three times mark and the branch manager steps in to solve the issue, I'm thinking I can trust the bank's errors will be corrected. They were not. I’ve been a loyal TD customer for years, but my experience at this branch was honestly disappointing. My phone had died, so I politely asked if I could plug my charger into an outlet for just five minutes. The employee looked at me as if I were homeless and simply shook his head without even saying a word. I understand that the answer could have been no, but there was absolutely no need for that level of disrespect. A little courtesy costs nothing.

Two tellers Manager stood behind them Did nothing Did not acknowledge anyone in line. Gentlemen standing near her, leaning against the wall with major pout. Could not have been anymore disinterested!! Eventually just left with out being served.

Manager lied and said global transfer could be sent in usd. It didn’t work. Then they refused to waive wire transfer fee despite telling us we could do the transfer in the currency we needed. Then she rudely tried to argue that the way I worded my question was “it is possible to select usd on the menu” rather than it could actually be sent. Do not trust the people at this branch. Visit a different branch. They’re combative and rude even when engage politely and respectfully.
