My son opened a student account and did all the paperwork and was given an ATM card right away. A few days later on a weekend cannot make deposits to the account in an ATM machine and was told to go again to a branch and make appointment again! this is VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!! Having to make an appointment for a very simple transaction is absolutely unacceptable!
