My son opened a student account and did all the paperwork and was given an ATM card right away. A few days later on a weekend cannot make deposits to the account in an ATM machine and was told to go again to a branch and make appointment again! this is VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!! Having to make an appointment for a very simple transaction is absolutely unacceptable!
TEJU at TD Bank provided exceptional service while helping set up and manage accounts for my family. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all the options so we could make the right decisions. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her professionalism and friendly approach. Truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her to anyone needing banking assistance.
Walked in around 6pm on Wednesday. No lineup, quick greet & amazing customer service. Mercy was the team member who helped us & she was absolutely amazing. Would make this our home branch.
