August 22, 2025. I've been dealing with this branch for five years. I haven't dealt with any staff for a few months, but whenever I have, they were always competent and right on. I lost my debit card, about two years ago, but was able to get one back, fairly quickly. They wanted to text me a security code, but I lacked a phone for that, So, they asked me some account information questions and were impressed with how much I could recall, so I got my replacement card. Wife came to this location to replace her access card (got her wallet stolen). Had passport and birth certificate for ID confirmation. Long story short that wasn’t enough for the branch manager there 🤦. Joke of a location.
Waiting in line forever on a Monday at 0230 pm, needs more staff
Today I was at TD Bank. The employee named Zainab Kamara is the one who opened my bank account. She is a very competent, kind and helpful employee. Thank you Zainab.
