Horrible, long line up with 2 tellers, , they're sitting there, chatting it up while people are getting annoyed and frustrated. Been in line for almost 30 minutes. Hate this branch so much , gonna take my Bussiness elsewhere
Been banking with TD for over 20+ years and this is the first time that I have been refused a withdrawal of my own money. Assistant Branch Manager Frida Jimenez is rude and inconsiderate of TD customers and reaffirms why I pulled the majority of my money out of this bank. Said she didn’t feel comfortable giving me my own money. Either way, dealt with 3 other branches after this one, and they were fine. Most td usually have there ATM open late at night. This specific location said no thank you come back when we’re open. I work 6 days a week I don’t have time to come during open hours, I specially don’t want any other ATM charging me. Aside from that There are way too many potholes with many garbage on the property, the parking lines are barely visible as shown in the video. I should’ve known not to come here with its low rating.
