Ravneet at TD was amazing! She explained everything clearly, gave me the best advice, and really cared about helping me out. Highly recommend her if you need good financial guidance!
The lady (manager, not the teller, Karolina I think her name is) was rude and was not able to help me out with depositing cheque. They made me go back and get signature on the cheque at a different spot when there is nothing on the cheque that says where to sign. Then they created another problem that it's a large amount so they can't deposit the cheque. So basically they're not allowed to deposit large amount, what a joke. YIKES If you thought John was bad wait until you meet Michelle. Wanted to pick a fight as soon as I sat down, I had to ask her multiple times to chill out.
Staff are always polite and helpful!
I brought a bunch of rolled change to this bank for deposit. Nice enough lady, until I asked for some extra coin wrappers. She gave me 2 for loonies and 2 for toonies. When I asked her if I could have more, she replied that these were the only coin wrappers in the entire td bank! Unbelievable.
