All the employees are incompetent and inefficient… account was opened… person opened the wrong account.. gave wrong information and didn’t hand me in debit card.. didn’t apply for the Visa card.. had to come back 2times for the same.. employees are extremely impolite .. no phone manners..the tone of their voice and expressions are aggressive.. the assistant branch manager is a unprofessional lady.. today I had to do banking at the teller .. long queue.. 4 o clock.. and only 2 tellers and only one working and other one busy a... read more
Bad customer service by teller/pba harpinder kaur . No greetings , no smile Definitely seems like she doesn't like her job. When we were done with transaction she didn't even say bye or anything. Felt like she doing favor to us by doing transaction. So robotic transactions. Rather put machines than himan if this is the service we expect .Assistant branch manager was nice
