The lady name Jemini was so rude and her service was tereible
The staff don’t have manners, how to communicate with the clients, too rude behaviour. They didn’t explain all things in single visits and force the client to visit again and again which is really hard for the person who commuting with public transport. Their behaviour is really really bad, frustrated, and ridiculous. They better need to learn interpersonal skills. Even the supervisor needs training first for communication skills, if the supervisor is like that the staff behaviour automatically like that.
Unable to help me deposit coins and didnt have "supply on rolls" making me wait in line 15+ just to tell me that. Disappointed my time was wasted in person.
