I just left the bank, and the service received today was nothing I have ever seen. Both the Advisor and manager were rude. Customer service is non-existent. I went in to make education RESP withdrawal, the advisor, Komaldeep Kaur, looked like she hated her job and kept giving attitude. When I addressed it, she literally started arguing with me and called me a liar in front of the manager who failed to address it. She was also very slow - no efficiency at all. hello i went today and yesterday their was one lady so rude she have so much attitude her name anahit Grewal she so rude i dont like customers service .
We booked an appointment with anahit grewal. Firstly, He was not there in bank then we waited in line and a girl shows up to help with no name tag and talked very rudely with us. She dont know how to give a customer just straight answer. We cant do that, We dont know. We pay you every month for service and thats how you treat your customers.Been with td bank from a decade and i think its time to switch.Horrible
Very bad experience setting up credit card pre auth payment from other bank. I have to visit 2 times to the branch even though it was not done. Even manager is not aware abt what kind of docs required to set up CC pre auth payment. They did not registered the complain even. Very very bad exp all thw time . Not recommoded at all
