Poor service Better to go any other branch
I went to this branch June 2 Monday as I was having a problem with my chip and couldn’t deposit money or insert it anywhere. This teller (i forgot to get his name) resolved everything in 2 mins and his problem solving and customer service skills are exceptional. He was sitting on the furthest left side when you enter this branch. He was the only brown gentleman working so shouldn’t be hard to spot. Should get a raise or bonus!
Mettaw is very rude advisor he do not know how to talk with customer
I visited the location on may 12 and I was picked out of line because of race profiling bye the security (they had no other reason and they made me feel like I wasn't wanted so you shouldn't come here if your not east Indian
