I requested my debit card in my name a few months ago and it never arrived. I don't know what happened, but I need it urgently.
Worst branch to visit ever!!! I have never seen more incompetent employees that this branch. Made 3 visits to the branch and everytime I was provided with different answers with no solution. Such a waste of time. They have the motto to respect their employees but they don’t know how to teach their customers with minimal level of service. No idea how all these people got the job. Pathetic decision to open an account with them.
This Bank has to be the WORST branch of ANY bank I have ever belonged to in my life. And trust me I’ve been to a lot of banks in my 70 plus years. The service is poor at best. I came in last Wednesday to meet with a Sonika about overdraft protection, I checked in with the receptionist whose English was poor at best. I finally had my meeting with Sonika. Poor service Better to go any other branch
I went to this branch June 2 Monday as I was having a problem with my chip and couldn’t deposit money or insert it anywhere. This teller (i forgot to get his name) resolved everything in 2 mins and his problem solving and customer service skills are exceptional. He was sitting on the furthest left side when you enter this branch. He was the only brown gentleman working so shouldn’t be hard to spot. Should get a raise or bonus!
