I can describe this branch in one word: incompetence. I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. I arrived 5 minutes early, but they made me wait for 20 minutes. Maybe a lot of the staff were new, but the staff member I was meeting with was gone half the time because he needed to help people at the front. The meeting took another hour and a half. I told him that if they needed any documentation from me, I would be happy to provide it, and they said they would contact me if they needed anything from me. Two weeks went ... read more
