Had a wonderful first experience with the Dufferin Crescent location today, TD was the only bank I was able to get the branch on the phone for a question and not some call center. Not currently a customer, I took a chance to stop in without an appointment, wait in line to ask if anyone was available for more questions on options rebuilding my credit. i tried getting text notifications set up on my account and all they said is "thats not possible you need online banking" and i tell them that i dont want online banking because ive had all my money taken before simply for having the APP on my phone and they say "well thats the only way you can get notifications for your purchases" which is spitting in my face honestly as if i dont know about the vulnerabilities tied to having online banking

This is the second time this has happened to me, td got mad at me for having a bank account there. If u don't want me to have a bank account there why did u let me sign up for one? How am I suppose to buy groceries if u won't let me use my bank account?
