i tried getting text notifications set up on my account and all they said is "thats not possible you need online banking" and i tell them that i dont want online banking because ive had all my money taken before simply for having the APP on my phone and they say "well thats the only way you can get notifications for your purchases" which is spitting in my face honestly as if i dont know about the vulnerabilities tied to having online banking

This is the second time this has happened to me, td got mad at me for having a bank account there. If u don't want me to have a bank account there why did u let me sign up for one? How am I suppose to buy groceries if u won't let me use my bank account?
I was going to change banks because I had never had a good experience inside any of the TD Branches and I wanted a change. However my opinion changed when I met Josh Wood! He is kind, personable, efficient and great to deal with! Give the guy raise 🙏 Never crazy lineups, if there is; it goes quickly and all the staff are friendly! The best TD I’ve been too so far
