Run do not walk away from this TD branch (Chaparral). I have been a customer of TD for over 25 yrs and my recent dealings with this branch (Chaparral) has been an eye opener. First, I do want to say tellers at this branch are always friendly and helpful. However, from the branch manager down to everyone else that works there; acts as if they have never stepped foot in a bank, let alone worked in one. Bad experience with this branch, waiting for 20 minutes, and there is no client but one of the teller named hardek he is just hangging around and ignoring 2 client in the line, and he just eating on his desk. The one teller asked him if he could help her cause there is 2 client included me. And finally he called me after he finish the food. Went to him and he show me his bad attitude. Sad to say cause this branch had a lazy worker!
Good service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this TD branch. I visited the branch to deposit a bank draft that was issued from my own account at another Canadian bank into my own TD account. Since the funds were moving between two accounts under my name, I asked whether the hold could be waived. The teller initially confirmed that the funds could be be released. I had an excellent experience with Sarah and Hardik at TD Bank. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding while assisting me through my situation.
