I do not recommend this bank. I have had nothing but issues. The managers and not competent in there jobs and nor are the workers. DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE THROUGH THIS BRANCH!!! NO ONE KNOWS UP FROM DOWN. Thank me later
Absolute best customer service ever at a td branch! I highly highly recommend this one! I did not wait long to be helped, and they were very quick to get everything sorted for me! I believe it was the manager on duty and a gentleman who helped me out! They were amazing!
TD is screwing me on my RIF investments. I asked for a GIC that would renew. They said yes, but on maturity put it in a low interest account without notification. I asked to transfer it to another institution and they're dragging their feet. False promises and cheap excuses.
