I had to get a new card…. Everything was working fine, I could e-transfer, I could purchase things… now all of a sudden I can’t.. they froze my entire account… I can’t e-transfer, I can’t purchase things… not one single phone call….. to notify me that they were gonna freeze everything in the world…. Do you know how stupid someone looks when they’ve got a whole bunch of stuff in for them to purchase?? You can’t even notify someone that you’re doing this to them?? Bullshit
Amazing service and friendly staff!
I didn’t want to leave a one-star review, but unfortunately it has come to that. We’ve had multiple issues with this branch, including staff not responding and unprofessional actions - most concerning was our mortgage being submitted before we gave final approval or provided signatures. I’ve also left messages for the manager with no response. At the same time, TD continues to email me directing me back to the branch, which creates a frustrating cycle with no clear communication or resolution. It’s left me feeling uncertain ... read more
Horrible, non existent customer service. The manager is apparently never in. I’ve called over and over again to try to get a meeting to talk to someone and either get hung up on or told I’ll have my call returned and it never is. When I have talked to a real human being about my banking needs, they don’t know what they’re doing half the time. They’ve made multiple mistakes with my finances.
