This branch is completely pointless. Honestly, whether this building is standing or not makes no difference because the staff inside are entirely useless. I have gone to them multiple times with simple issues, and they have never once fixed a single thing. Really bad service, by someone called Ali unprofessional, I told my problem, he cam right up my face and wives his hand to shoo me away so he can help and other customers, on march 4 2026, I deposited some cash on to my account, and I didn’t receive the money, as soon I asked help from the branch I didn’t get help from them including manger, I explained them that I need to pay my visa card and I need to pay another loan, no body care about. And I have customers long time enough to get good service.
Omg by someone called Ali, is so rude he doesn’t know how to deal customers, he get mad all the time for no reason, I asked him to make me an appointment for mortgage housing, and he said you are Muslim why are you applying mortgage, and i said i that failed question, and he said you have go, I am gonna service next customer, this is unprofessional, this happened on Mach 6-2026, I used say Td is best bank in Canada but I regret saying that.
