I can appreciate the location of this TD. Service hours are changing and whenever I go there is always a line up and 2 people open to serve customers. There is now a bank machine outside which is a bit iffy for me but is useful.
TD has the worst policies with regards to their ATM machines. First, the machine itself is the only machine that gives you your card before you receive funds that you’re taking out.So every other machine on the planet when you request your funds gives you the funds and then ask you if you want anything else you say no and take your card not TD! My elderly mother has been a loyal TD Bank customer for decades. I was with her at the branch when she asked one simple question: the price of cheques. The teller said $8. She was charged $89. No warning, no follow up, no explanation. When I called to complain I got passed around and met with excuses at every turn. No accountability, no resolution. An $81 difference isn't a rounding error. This branch is completely pointless. Honestly, whether this building is standing or not makes no difference because the staff inside are entirely useless. I have gone to them multiple times with simple issues, and they have never once fixed a single thing. I have been a customer with this bank for over 10 years, and I’m at the point where I don’t know if the entire company is this incompetent or if it’s just this specific branch.
